You did not get where you are overnight. You didn’t suddenly wake up with habits and routines and likes and dislikes…These things all came about over the passage of day, months and years.
You cannot expect to change habits or develop new healthy habits overnight.
When you start with small changes, little steps, you are more likely to succeed.
Sticking with a small change will serve you better than trying a bunch of big changes at one time..
Decide to make one change in your habits each week.
It doesn’t have to be big; in fact, a small change will be more effective.
It can be as simple as drinking an extra glass of water each day, or eating a piece of fruit every day.
If you do this every week, by the end of the year, you will have made 52 healthy changes!
